If he can perform like this in T1 and on tournaments and in big games, we can talk. He has a loooong way to go to prove himself above m0nesy tho. Which I just that speaks volumes for m0nesy tbh, to be rookie and still having won Kato + Cologne in one year. And then we have Zywoo how became #1 in his first pro year. I don't think donk will become as flashy successful as m0nesy and Zywoo, but i'm sure he is going to do well.

zywoo had an easy path to number 1 in his rookie year. it was just s1mple who had insane stats. donk has to compete with a bunch of people putting up 1.2 ratings these days. S1mple, Zywoo, Sh1ro, Niko, m0nesy, device, ax1le, etc.. so if donk was going to get 1, he'd have to have insane rating + team success which is very unlikely.

He will. He has eyes on him atm and people are talking about him. So he will be picked up and he will get the chance to play Tier1 tournaments. Then it's going to get very interesting!! (I root for him, just think the hype is too big atm - seriously the hype is like 75% his skill and 25% he has a funny nickname :)

I don't think donk leaves spirit until 2025 at the earliest. a buyout for a player like him with years on his contract has to be enormous. m0nesy was bought out of academy for 600k, donk has to be double that since he's on main roster now and performing well against tier 1 teams. he wont be bought out until there's not that much time left on his contract or he will just walk when it's done.

i mean he could be decent rifler but his mechanics fits more for AWPing with his flashy reaction. Meanwhile donk don't really have such reaction maybe as m0nesy have but he almost don't have any shooting gap mistakes and his crosshair positioning almost perfect.

honestly I think he'd be a better rifler than awper due to his flicking habits and aggressiveness, they're a hinderance to his consistency on awp. awps are better off being passive supports these days, it's not the kennys era anymore. m0nesy's playstyle is better suited to being an entry fragger imo.

at his age for sure he is better with rifle atleast but m0nesy have better team so he wont lose to Spirit with players like chopper specially on LAN

im not saying that donk is better but at 17 y.o M0nesy was dropping just solid 1.07-1.08 rating in G2. Only by pushing 18 years, m0nesy increased his rating so much. So, you need to give donk 2 more years and we can talk For now donk will be electronic level of rifler (top5) and m0nesy will be like dev1ce, top3 player in the world.
