IF there was talent available to realistically build at least t2 team then build around Him. If the very best players you can get are max tier 3-4 then i would cast out.

Just take the best CZ/SVK players you can get from Sinners, Enterprise, Eclot, Sampi... add Styko IGL, add Neofrag...
