maybe in the beginning yes,every game would be 2-1 But over time we would have called tier 1 teams back in consistent forms,because lazy players would underperform and get replaced by better players.We would see 2-0s more then. And it would make upsets even better and prestigious,nowadays its too easy to predict 'upsets'.

I understand your view,looking at current state of scene yes,one map merchants would be stronger and probably %90 of matches would be 2-1. But over the time it would change,it should change.One-map merchants like 9INE doesnt seem like unbeatable either,even right now they are showing weaknesses on vertigo and already lost couple of matches there before.And that wouldnt change in this case.One-map merchants doesnt win anything for a reason and get eradicated after some time. Also I think this change would push players to be more consistent,if they cannot perform on 7 maps they would eventually get replaced with better players. But there is a big chance that this would backfire and would make scene even more inconsistent.I cannot deny that possibility.
