Okay hear me out. Maniac brought up a good point on the post match desk with +dupreeh, but I think +gla1ve as a secondary caller makes more sense. Could definetly help them solve their choking issue. individually his skill isnt even that bad so it wouldnt be the worst downgrade in terms of firepower. This could also free up cadian a bit, who is already one of the better fraggers atm in the team.

Nah. Heroic are overachievers, they've gone over their peak, but obviously it's not enough to win big tournaments.

Its easy, move stavn to the shitty roles and put jabbi o sjush on his role, if he is going to put 0.90 rating every playoffs whats the point of puting him on the "star role"

you really dont want to replace anyone of these guys.
i do think heroic lost depth when hunden left their org, but that might be a controversial take so lets not get into that.
Lol they have weak firepower compared to the top teams. They need to replace either sjuush or teses. Probably both

Nah he’s right. Sjuush performs very well for the rolls he has. The problem with heroic is that all players are good, but none are exceptional, so it’s not obvious who to remove. Even though he isn’t terrible, teses would be the only logical one to replace.
Heroic are dead in the water without Sjuush.
It's like removing jks or magisk.

+Dupreeh -Teses unironically could be a upgrade. Less firepower, but a lot of experience.

So any team that isn't top 1 should change roster every time they don't win 1st place ? Braindead logic.
Heroic won tournaments and gonna keep winning some, the competition is high.
Sometimes it's G2 sometimes it's Vitality sometimes it's Heroic sometimes it's ENCE sometimes it's FaZe ... thank god orgs don't follow HLTV forums logic.

Not what I'm saying. But they have been finishing top 3-4 for a long time now. And they got 2 Blast wins. Sure, it's better than nothing, but their tournament winning rate in relation to how far they usually go is pretty poor. At some point they need to convert those deep runs, and so far it doesn't seem to be happening. Sure you can give this roster more time, but is it going to change anything going forward? Do you think they can still improve much? Especially on the mental side.
But I agree with you on the fact that atm it's ultra competitive, so winning a tournament for any team is going to be hard. But still, Heroic almost every time makes it to at least semi-final but then for some reason falters just before the finish line.
Sorry to say, but gla1ve either have to be main caller or nothing. He isnt known for fragging much at all
