b1t - won a major and a grandslam, top 9 HLTV, no mvps but one of the best riflers that year by far zywoo - top 1 HLTV, won 3 tier 1 tournaments and won 4 mvps including a cologne m0nesy - won 1 tournament, top 7 HLTV, won 1 mvp (i know its less impressive but considering how famous he got for how good he was he could be here) kjaerbye - won a major and a katowice and won a major mvp, top 15 HLTV there's more but i think these are the most popular and impressive ones who's your fav

You just proved what he said was true, dumbass
2023-08-29 03:38
that's because there were 3 majors in a year that time to be fully fair we should probably just call it rookie 12 months because comparing coldzera's first 3.5 months to b1t and zywoo's 2021 and 2019 is unfair as their sample size is a lot higher. So my conclusion is that: cold's first 12 months are definitely up there with zywoo and b1t's first 12 months
2023-08-29 02:02
"zywho" played in tier 5 exactly that doesnt count in tier 1, coldzera had a bunch of events before 2016, and yes b1t played in tier 2, your point?

b1t only transitioned into tier 1 with Na'Vi, ZywOo only transitioned into tier 1 with Vitality. Coldzera transitioned into tier 1 with LG when they established themselves as a tier 1 team but arguably, Coldzera also had the most experience before then as LG was an upset team who played against the best opposition before the Major. Sure, the parameters don't disqualify Coldzera but the "rookie" part is obviously contested.

Achieve an IGS in your first year in tier 1 and becoming a Major champion is equally just as impressive. I would argue two consecutive Top 1's is a better individual accolade. Still, I'm not discrediting any player whatsoever, insane rookie talents, for sure.

He could be the best player in the universe doesn't matter. You forget Zywoo started in mid-2018. And in his first 6 months, his best win was a DH open. So when we look again. B1t won in his first 6 months Cologne Grandslam, EPL, etc. And again b1t is ahead.

people claiming zywoo over b1t are the same people that place dev1ce in top 3 because of achievements. decide for once how much achievements matter for you . in my honest opinion , nobody can top zywoo's debut year but thats because i dont give that much value to trophies as much as i trust my eye test , no denying exceptional performance from b1t in his rookie year. He was an insane rifler

People put device over zywoo bcs of relevancy, consistency, achievements AND individual awards like mvps and stuff. B1t has only and ONLY team achievements and let's consider circumstances. He went to t1 team with top1/2 player in the world while zywoo went to French rejects team that he carried to top3 team od the year on his own... How is that even comparable?

what are you talking about? Both Zywoo( almost 5 years) and dev1ce have been consistent . Both have achievements but dev1ce obviously has more than zywoo BUT zywoo's individual prowess >>>> dev1ce. About zywoo going to a shit team as compared to b1t's team , the same can be said for dev1ce vs zywoo. Astralis 2018 >>> vitality if you remove zywoo and dev1ice from their respective team ( assuming comparison is based on their respective eras and not drectly).

Can't rly say if you are actually serious or trolling...either way I have absolutely no reason to continue in this. Again: no SANE person would ever put b1t over zywoo and this is based on FACTS

Its no other than zywoo. Literally brought a dead team into top10, everyone whos left zywoo from the old lineup has retired. m0nesy and b1t were amazing and very close between each other, but the boss is on a very different level.

Zywoo's rookie year wasn't 2019.

he played his first match for vitality in october 2018 and played his first 2 star game in february 2019. it's basically the same thing. When people say rookie they dont mean the year from the first match of cs they ever played they mean when they start playing tier 1.

But Vitality wasn't his first team in pro CS > they mean when they start playing tier 1 By this logic hooxi is a rookie this year

Kjaerbye wasn't really a rookie since he already played with dignitas before joining astralis.. He was just really young.
2023-08-28 08:49
kjaerbye wasnt a rookie in 2017. he had already played a year in astralis, and another year in dignitas before
