most pro players do probably have an hltv account and maybe comment a few times here and there, but its not their actual in game name, i remember in a few nip backstage videos from 2021 with dev1ce some of the players were browsing hltv

mostly not and they find a home in less than a year dont worry it always happens. and even tier4 nowadays is full of small orgs probably paying like few hundreds $
