i've watched community, arrested development, the office US, brooklyn 99 and the good place. (maybe more not sure)
my favorites were community, arrested development and the office.
heard parcs and rec is supposed to be good.
What should i watch next? (not a fan of laughing soundtracks, altho seinfield is decent fun)

skip s1 and 13-15
peak is 3-7 and you don't really need to watch previous seasons to get context.
it's my favorite show alongside community although they are very different.

mythic quest is a decent combo of both those shows, made by the same guy who created always sunny and features danny pudi (abed)

I swear to god always sunny is probably one of the funniest shows on tv. I've probably watched each season like 20x throughout the years. Season 1 is not bad just above average but they get so much better
The first seasons was just a bit weird, it's more of like a stererotypical edgy sitcom but they bring in Danny Devito as a character in season 2 and it gets much funnier. By season 3 they really start to get into what makes the show absolutely hilarious and s4-10 are all fucking incredible.
Just watch an episode like the gang solves the gas crisis, The Nightman Cometh, franks little beauties, the gang buys a boat, or the dennis system and see if you like it. Those are basically the best of the show and showcase the tone of the show.

s7 was the end of their peak but up to 13 there are still episodes every season worth watching e.g. the gang gets analyzed, the gang dines out, mac day, gun fever too: still hot, charlie work (one of the best episodes of the show and it's s10)

i dislike laughing tracks but how i met your mother is so goated
modern family is also really good, its underrated imo, no annoying characters either.

but for FRIENDS you gotta get used to laugh in background.....Initially I also used to hate that but now FRIENDS is my absolute fav TV show

i like friends, the audience doesn't really bother me. makes me happy that there were people enjoying it live. also if you watch the show and imagine that the laugh track wasn't there, it's pretty funny when they just stare at each other silently.
