I don't enjoy CS 2, as much as CS:GO, that's why I only played 4 matches. In one of them we played 4v5 and still won 13-5 ahhahah I mostly played faceit and did other stuff

This is a bit shady ... somehow it looks like its just Elo Match Wins and it counts always the same, its just a super small Beta Ranking without any deeper meaning, i played most matches with one friend of mine except he has 2 Wins more because he started earlier on Friday but he has the same Elo Point loss or win at certain "stages" ... for example everyone will land on 13,999 Points at one time because the plus and minus is "staged" no matter whats your enemie is Ranked or how many Frags you made so far ... if i play loss win loss win loss win at this stage i will always toggle between 13,999 and the Points before that Rank. Just dont give a fuck about it at the moment!!!

what i try to say is that the Points you can get and the Points you will loose are fixed. If you play from 13500 Points upwards and you win 3 Matches ... you will get 200 Points for a Win and 100 for a loss in the first Match... always no matter how good you were shooting or whatever, everyone at 13500 no matter on which server or with whoom he plays will get 200 Points for a Win ... and everyone will get 118 or something in the next Match, everyone will end up at 13,999 Points at some point (i know this because my friend had more matches and diffrent Win Streaks but was also at 13,999 Points and i saw another Dude i played with and he was also on 13,999 Points), always.... its like a fixed Ladder you climb up with fixed Scales But i dont know which Rank equals which Points, this System is just a filler for now i think.

12k in cs2, Supreme in csgo, lvl 10 in faceit cs2 calibration looks like every elo change is just x10 of how it'll work after you get the raiting. I got 2,2k less elo than my teammate who skipped 1 or 2 games that I lost, and the rest of our games were the same
