Last year I started listening to sleep, I became dependent, I can't sleep without listening. Now, I also use it to record the parallel sounds at home when I'm playing, studying or working, I have two little brothers so there's usually a lot of noise and ASMR helps me concentrate

When I started I watched videos of tapping, I didn't like lines, just sounds. Then I started to like the ones with voices through the Angels ASMR channel. It was really good to start learning English, as I didn't like the kind of ASMR that Brazilian and Portuguese channels did, so it was good in both ways. I usually follow the videos on this channel, and sometimes I watch some of Zerona ASMR, those of Zerona I watch more to connect with Korean and Japanese, which are two languages I'm learning.
