It's closed beta, not open beta. If you just got your rank, I guess it doesn't apply to you for that reason

I understand, many of my steam friends can't get acceptable fps in CS2 either. It's really something that Valve needs to understand that a lot of people with low spec PCs make up a significant chunk of their playerbase. In fact Valve themselves argued that 128 tick isn't possible because people's PCs couldn't handle it, and they would lose a lot of their playerbase, but now they don't care about that.

Bro you are not alone, a massive chunk of my italian steam friends also have <60 fps. Its a serious issue that will make the playerbase shrink. Not everybody can afford a 1500€ pc.

my friends when starting to shoot in CS2 or enemy on the line - fps -100. This is extremelly bad for everyone, but its still beta

You have to buy it on steam, go to CSGO's steam page. I don't know if they still require you to add your phone number or not.
