Flag checks out and you're wrong. He appears to be more "consistent" because of his selfish playstyle. He demands his teammates to bait for him so when he does have a bad game, it doesn't show in stats. His stats are pure illusion. You'd have to watch his matches to see how bad of a player he actually is.
