I agree about the eu mixteam part but from the org perspective, I don't think it makes sense they picked an orgless roster because they were decent and not because they were french, the org isn't french when they had the opportunity to sign potential t1 players, they took it because it seemed like the only way they would get a t1 team: the major was over and the next one was in a year and that's the only real chance low tier teams have if it was ldlc or another french org sponsored by a football club, it would have been sensible to prioritize a french roster since it would probably be seen as mainly a way to attract sponsors for the main club or something like that falcons do have money to spend and I don't see why they would really benefit from having a stable t2 roster so they tried to do what they could to make one that could end up t1
