I made them myself once, wich was a shitton of work, they were great but u can buy pretty solid ones, wich are not quite as nice as selfproduced ones ofc.
Eating them in restaurants where they make them with their hand or at friends, grandma or parents houses is awesome too most of the times.

We really were never Food snobs here thats the point. If something is good and noutritous we take it and Use it. We have been "fortunate" enough to be the worlds crossroad for centuries and we just took the Food and ran with it. Also if you like pljeskavica you would die for the 'Bosanska pljeskavica' there are different versions of it but it's 2 pljeskavicas and they're stuffed with cheese, kajmak and mushrooms and stuck one to another, usualy served with somun(local flatbread) and salad or fires or both xD

Subjective, everyone has their own taste. I rather like Mexican, Thai, Italian and Greek cuisines, I'd like to say Chinese too but honestly I haven't traveled there so my experience of Chinese cuisine is mostly from Western restaurants where I think they dont put out so much authentic stuff but rather more of a stuff to western tastes which is understandable in business point of a view. I'd like to travel and taste Georgian and Bosnian cuisine too
