Don't worry mate. I run storage with mechanincal disks and use them to store the game files. It's not a problem in essence, but the storage systems may involve a degradation of performance when less free space is available. The blocks get allocated out of order, and that will mess up the whole performance thing. A fragmented file system is slower. There's a defrag.exe file on your computer, you may want to run it? Thought I'm not sure it works with NTFS, but worth an attempt. Press Start and select a program to be launched, and run "defrag". This will potentially work for you, thought I can't make any promises.
