salmon might be less staining, but bruh vegetables is such a vague word. ofc potatoes will stain less than beets, but my scientist brain says that more than half your vegetable choices will stain your teeth a bit

i guess beans could do a bit of staining cause they are kind of moist and dilude slightly while cooking, but broccoli and (hard) carrots shouldn't do much. but remember: i have no idea what i'm talking about, it's just what i experienced

just use them when its needed (teeth getting very visibly stained). otherwise don't worry about it. just brush well, use a whitening mouthwash maybe

my teeth were yellow lol idk what this gaslighting is there is yellow and there is white women do not naturally have thick long eyelashes, bright pink/red lips, blush, colored hair -- but still we find these things attractive. being natural doesn't really matter and in fact i'd argue that given the development of technology it is more normal not to be natural at this point
