For me is one of the biggest problems because it makes the game unfun. Solo players peek more, risk more its more like a deathmatch with economy. Vs 5 stack its just a matter of luck. If your team has good individual players they get stomped. If your team is brainless (no tradekills, no basic teamplay) its gg. It doesnt help that most 5 stack have 1-2 carry and 3 noobs. The noobs go first and the carry trade them while in your teams the noobs bait and if you dont kill 3 its gg. That was the only reason i switched to feishit.

I played against 5 stacks a couple times, not too much but definitely a lot more than on csgo. Also there might be more 5 stacks right now because you for some reason can't queue with 4 players, so you just invite randoms and queue 5 stack.

It’s very common is a lot of competitive games that you can’t queue with 4 people. Because then the one guy who’s soloing on your team can just be kicked round 1. This used to be a big problem before valve removed bots from competitive, 4 mans would queue up kick their 5th player to get a bot to use instead. This feature should’ve been added ages ago although it is annoying if you’re only 4 people

i think this would be the ultimate tweak for CS2: if you solo queue, you should ONLY play with and against solo queues , the idea that a guy solo queueing getting put against 5 friends is so ridiculous. Moreover, even the ranks should be different, a player who got to 15k rank 100% solo queue, is OBJECTIVELY better than 99% of the 25k rank players who got to 25k playing with full lobby. If you play with friends, even if they are worse than you, you dont deserve your rank, you deserve lower.

+1, or at the very least you can only have games with & against duos or trios when playing soloq. Makes absolutely no sense it doesn't take into consideration at all that there is an advantage playing in a full stack.

I agree overall. But come on 15k is like lem-supeeme with some smurfing 3k elo and even some pros. In 25k there are only pros/semi, 5 stack high level faceit and cheaters. A soloq mm player is 100% individually better than 1, 2 or even 3 ranks above him. But he may not know anithing about teamplay, nades, basic strats, defaults, isolating a pick, spacing, ecc. Thats why its unfair, at the end of the day cs is a team game and solo should lose everytime vs stacks, this becomes more true as you climb the ranks.

Yeah, I think someone said it on here before, as soon as they hear a Russian accent it has that ability to make you think/know its going to be a rough game, and on both games, its true, 0 coms, only time they will talk engish is to say drop AVP

If there's ont thing I will never stop complaining about is that. give CIS their own matchmaking server so they can be toxic trash amongst themselves thanks nowadays I immediately mute and report every russians in my games. I used to give them a chance but there is a 100% rate of russians being trash so now I don't even bother.

Yeah it's simply idiotic from Valve to think it's good idea to have full stacks be able to play against non-stacks. It's a MASSIVE advantage playing in a stack especially since in MM the comms are always pretty much non-existent so the advantage is even bigger than in for example Faceit. Also makes the CS Rating completely irrelevant in terms of telling how good a player is, when they can get thousands and thousands of rating by simply getting to play in a stack against soloq'ers.

Premier mode is just trash once we get Competitive and all the noob faceit rejects go queue only mirage or inferno (or vertigo for haci) The rest of the modes will be actually good

late post however since i've kept track of my first 100 games i figured i'd tell you the rate at which i'm facing this problem still so people might know what to expect. So far out of 100 games i've played 8 games against non 5-stack teams. in these games i've played AGAINST 6 other solo queueing players.

Yes, punish 5 stacks with longer waiting times because you can't make friends. Here is a thought, let's ban 5 stacks altogether, or better yet, allow only soloq in premier, mm, and faceit. This game is meant to be played as 5. It should not be this hard to find others to play with in an online game.
