If you remove the battery after its fully charged, there's nothing wrong with using it always plugged, the point is not to keep it plugged all times with the battery on to avoid ruining it Also in english you say laptop instead of notebook

i use it plugged in 24/7 and it's ok. maybe battery life is shit now but idk i basically never unplug it

newer laptop have pass through charging, so battery isnt used when fully charged and plug in (new phones from 2022-2023 have same feature)

If you want to keep it always plugged in, limit max charging to 60-80%, lowers the probability of ruining the battery. Most laptops come with utility software from the manufacturer to limit max charging %

Battery is gonna die but if you have a powerful laptop it has to be plugged in all the time to feed the dedicated graphics card
