I submitted FPS checks from 3 different PC. 1 is high end the other 2 probably would fall in bottom 30% of 'gaming pc' since 2016. I sent them improvement they can do on Anubis with water and lighting. On overpass with particle bugs and on inferno with clutter and sound file.

I have literally the same fps as in csgo but the game feels much more smooth. I bought my PC in 2016 and im running the game with locked 300fps and 240Hz

even mine freezes occasionally and I built it only a month ago. certainly a lot of work to be done, but I worry that they were ambitious with the graphics in general

Yeah, btw who cares what pro players say they are not even one percent of player base. They're a lot more of casuals than pros. Therefore an opinion of casuals is better than opinion of pros. Casuals make the game alive not pros.

opinion of pro is important because they spend alot of time in the game and know alot. You shouldn't listen to casuals when balance and changing a game. You should listen to the top 1% in many aspect. KZ player. Pro player. Old players. No life player (loba when not trolling, d0cc, pimp) . These opinions matter more then casuals.

That's a fair point. Although recently many pros where crying about cs2. To me game is far better than cs and more casual friendly. So if casuals like something in cs go (for example mr12) then they should go for it.

Why do you think that in 2 years the game will be good? several things in the game are intentional such as mr12 trash, cartoon graphics, slow character, easy hs, just to try to attract new kids and bad casual players

there would be no point in csgo pro events if everyone is playing cs2. some pros already said that they want to switch to cs2 as fast as possible. sydney is 50/50 imo, after that its 100% cs2.

We are talking strictly about FaceIt. Of course all the major tournaments from now on will be CS2 only. You don't want pro players to learn and remember smoke line-ups for two games simultaneously.

It's gonna be a separate game, CSGO will most likely stay albeit most official features like MM will be removed (Valve is a small Indie developer, no way they can afford to keep CSGO servers - they are so small, in fact Microsoft doesn't have enough money to buy them).

FaceIt will offer CSGO as long as there are players. But I'll give it at most a year. In a year most FaceIt players will lose any interest in the old game. CSGO looks old, like really really old. People are excited about CS2 but it has a NINE year old engine for Christ's sake. CS2 is outdated from the get go. Don't get me started on how outdated lighting in CS2 is. The world is fast moving towards real time ray tracing/path tracing while Source 2 continues to have all the lighting baked in. The physics engine is crap as well. No destruction of any kind except for certain doors on certain maps. And what's worst, players continue to shoot from their eyes, and the eyes are located above the right shoulder. WTF Valve? No other game engine puts your PoV above your right shoulder.

This is not how players are portrayed in CS :-) They hold rifles around their stomach or pistols around their chest at all times. Imaging using a sniper rifle while holding it this way, LOL. That's gonna be no-scope at all times :-) Also imagine running and gunning IRL. You cannot possibly shoot having your gun in front of your face.

no, they hold rifles as rifles are supposed to be held, on stomach when u run, on shoulder when u shoot. yes u can run and gun watch aome marine practice. Also pistols are held as they should be, 2 hands and in front of ur dominant eye. u are reffering to viewmodel which is set by default x 2.5 y 0 z 2.5 i believe, which makes it look like u hold a gun far right and it looks stupid. you can adjust xyz to ur liking. higher lower or left hand or right hand, even in the middle as i use it so its more natural. next time u play focus on enemies or even ur teammates and the way they hold gun while running and while shooting

I guess Valve can fix this but they just don't want to. Still you're shooting from above the right shoulder. At least that was the case with CSGO. No idea if it's changed for CS2 - I've no access to it.

i feel good, after 40ish games on cs2, i dont wanna play on csgo, feels shit to play when u get used to cs2. also i have a shitty pc and i have no problems with cs2, everything on high. also now i see people cry just to cry, it feels good, for me movement is getting the same, bhop is good, shooting is great, sometimes its fucky especially getting shot 2 m behind the wall but fk it. in cs go i get shoot 2 mins after i duck behind box so theres that. same shit, i even got used to mr 13, its not that ct or T are so dominant on their side, few strats u get bsxk in game very ez. so all in all i welcome cs2
