In Italy some cost < than five euro, some reach six, so average is 5 euro for a pack.

AGAIN, people who are obnoxious with their smoking habits? in my experience people who smoke have no respect for their surroundings and are some of the most inconsiderate people ive met. Just cus u wanna ruin your body, you shouldnt put other peoples health at risk. Just today I saw some asshole at a busstop lighting up a cigarette right next to a small kid, and it was obvious the parent of that child found that extremely inappropriate and disgusting behavior. Also people who smoke at restaurants, train stations, at concerts, stadiums ect. where it isnt allowed, but if there are next to none security, they will believe it is ok for them to smoke there. assholes

Yeah I am, and I am very happy I dont :) stupid expense, super unhealthy which will cause issues in being active or doing sports. So what if not everyone acts the way I described? The fact that some do, is more than enough to make it a problem. Imagine all the kids from the last century who developed cancer, just cus their asshole parents smoked in the car, at home etc.

why? in the current day and age stress is extremely common and most people have their own vices that they allow themselves to relax after a long day at work; whether you want to smoke a cigarette, drink a beer, do yoga, eat fast food etc shouldn't be anybodies' business except yours
if it makes you feel any better cigarettes have been on a downhill slope for the last many years and are now being taken over by more chemically-filled puffbars and snus, however I am sure you will somehow find an issue with that as well

Also parlament shitty tobacco like 270r=2.7EUR/USD(Red strong series pretty good too)Also Harvest white sells around 2.45$. i dunno where is this prices are? not Petr 1 pack would cost you around 200 roubles. Not sure for exact prices, but my dad smokes some winston black pack (not sure about correct name) and it cost somewhere 210-220 roubles for a pack. So I assume average price is probably 180-200 roubles which is $2-2.5 (depends on convertation rates)

i smoked like 3-4 years ago and by then it was shit cigs for 70-80 roubles. I smoked Parlament and pack costed like 160~ roubles. Now prices almost doubled, at best - it gets x1.5. By the way, if 3 years ago Parlament cost 160 roubles then it was like $2.5 ($1 = 60-65 rub~). I guess the prices in $ haven't change much since then.
But if we would take the bottom price for average (130-140 rub) it is $1.5 now. I think almost no one except homeless or poor old dedushkas smokes cheapest shit for even under 100 rub a pack. Tried myself once and nevermore. Just think it is incorrect to calculate it for an average price. Maybe cuz in my world people who smoke that shit not exist.

ecigs are basically banned, you can get them but they are technically classified as prescription only, so u have to go to a doctor and tell them u need it because ur quitting smoking
however, its extremely easy to buy vapes that have been illegally shipped from china, these are usually $10-$15 for a 500 puff vape

Australia and New Zealand are on a very serious campaign to make their country tobacco free. If I recall correctly the latter has recently passed a law that bans anyone born in 2009 and after to buy cigarettes forever (even after reaching adult age)

Most of it is in your genes. My family doesn't smoke much. Mom and dad never tried, a couple uncles do and my grandpa used to. I tried and smoked on multiple occasions, never got addicted. I can go months without a cig.

Cheap brands can legally be found for about $3 USD. Ilegally even for $1 - 1.5 USD

Germany: 8€ for a box with 17cig (Marlboro, L&M...) ...i bought a maschine,,,before i paid 8€ a day = 250€/month, now with the maschine i buy 2 50€-boxes tobacco and some filters for 2 € , so all in all i pay about 110€ a month( everyday 16-20 cigs....) for blowing this disgusting smoke in the air...yay^^
