My hope died when we dont take real IGL for this amount of firepower. I think alot of people wanted this team to work but right now its not show good signs.

No he didn't. He inherited the best team in the world with boobl4 and it fell apart when he started calling. He's a great second caller and a very smart player, but he shouldn't be IGL.
Also, they didn't solve their main problem : the lack of agression. Except nafany, nobody was willing to take a duel. Now, it is only electronic. Axile, shiro, perfecto and hobbit are not bad players per se, but they all have a similar style of playing. Shiro is not actively looking for openings, Axile like to anchoring sites, hobbit like to play the diva, perfecto is the perfect support player. When they are stuck behind a smoke, it takes 5 seconds before somebody rush into it.

Their main problem is they built their careers online, they choke on LAN constantly.

its not a brand new roster though. elec + perf have been playing together for years in navi and sh1ro hobbit and axile even from Gambit youngsters/Gambit times which was about since 2019.
also, elec + perf know how the other 3 play as they played them very often throughout 2020 and also 2021, likewise for the other 3.
they also didnt change something very fundamental like their comm language .. its literally 2 upgrades across the board, yet they are underperforming so heavily

They are all good players and have lots of potential, i just dont understand why Electronic is so keen on being IGL. He became IGL on NaVi because they needed one after Boombla was kicked (for personal reasons) and it clearly didnt go well for them. Its not like he became IGL because he was good at it or better than Boombla. When he wasnt IGL he was so good.
