i mean, i dont see very much of a difference, but i like the visuals.

idk mens I'm already on win11 for a long time, no major issues
2023-09-21 20:10
w11 has worse interface and usability than w10, it isn't awful in comparison just annoying at times
w10 has no support/will not have soon (I forgot the date) so sadly w11 only option
2023-09-21 20:17
You have to get used to W11 but in my opinion, it's way better.
Better fps in games, better interface, better performance overall.
2023-09-21 20:21
win11 pretty good for me, got used to it pretty quickly
i like the visuals, win10 is kinda boring since i'm using it since 2016 probably. No issues at all
2023-09-21 20:21
once you adapt to win11 its really good, no issues whatsoever
2023-09-21 20:22
Using Win 11 on laptop and PC since beta, don't know why people keep crying on how it sucks. For me Win 11 > Win 10.
2023-09-21 20:30
windows 11 is good but turn off memory integration in core isolation settings. Improved fps and performance a lot for me
2023-09-21 20:54
windows 11 has worse performance on csgo (atm) if you do a windows 10 - 11 upgrade.
win11 has slightly better performance (than an upgrade) if you do a clean install of windows 11.
cs2 or what ever they are going to call it probably needs more time and testing before we know if its going to perform as good as win10 but if you have a good enough computer the performance hit will be minimal but still there. i personally might stay on windows 10 for a while longer maybe another 6-8 months.
windows 12 comes out in 2024 btw.
2023-09-21 21:01
Win 11 is fresh,win 10 obsolete
2023-09-21 21:49
Stay on win10 at least for 6 or 8 more months imo. I personally gonna wait 1 year.
2023-09-21 21:58
I have Windows 11 Pro and I cannot say which one is better but it's very nice indeed, I would switch if I was still on Windows 10
2023-09-21 22:06
Win 10 has one major feature win 11 does not. It's connected to the desktop and files. To delete a file, rename it or whatever you want to do, you have to click right mouse button, then properties or smth like that and then you can do it. Search it up and you'll know what i mean

no thanks
Linux Master Race ftw
2023-09-22 08:40
There are basically no differences for me except the aesthetics and I think most users will find them very similar.
2023-09-22 08:56
Just upgraded to 11 like a week ago.. Basically have found no difference apart from the visuals, no diff in performance or weird issues. Removing all the bloatware and swapping every setting is always the most annoying part, when 'clean' installing new Windows, and in 11 it was maybe slightly worse experience, since almost every menu is changed but thats about it
2023-09-22 09:41
the only reason why i use win11 is design. otherwise win 10 >>>>>>>>>>>>>> win 11
its painful if you want to play csgo on win11. it takes sooooo long to start csgo. "luckily" it will be over soon
2023-09-22 09:55
my friend installed it and from what I've seen the volume control is kinda ass and there's an extra click when you are right clicking something on desktop
2023-09-22 10:57
still using win10 on pc but not because i think that win11 sucks but because im lazy af

W10 22H2 has one advantage, there will be no more feature updates, only security updates so no more big fuckups after updates
W11 is better when you have 12th gen intel or newer, there is better thread director so the CPU is working better
dont do upgrades, only fresh installs..
at home im using W11 because of the 12th gen cpu, but at work im assembling around 100 computers for broadcasts per year and we are using only W10 because we need stability and updates are not stable and we are using 10th gen of intel HEDT CPUs
2023-09-22 11:30
are there any big advantages of win11 over win10 atm? everything i use windows for works on win10 for me. for other stuff i use linux anyway. i did prefer win7 over win10 for UI reasons but win11 doesnt seem to be an improvement. so why switch, is there any solid reason right now?
2023-09-22 11:45
Windows 10 was never goated
2023-09-22 14:07
really dont see any upsides compared to w10, idk why they even made it, could just add another theme for win10
2023-09-22 14:57
win11 only good for multiple acc
2023-09-22 17:51
I've had Windows 11 for quite some time now and haven't had any problems with it outside of some games crashing earlier but hasn't been an issue for long time. So I don't really see a point of why not just moving to the newer version and that is why I did it. I don't work on PC so maybe for some really advanced stuff its bit different.
2023-09-22 18:24
I had 10 since premiere, same with 11, both didn't make me struggle, they are OK modern systems, and if you want to play Windows games you still don't have other choice. But idk i like Windows overall, it's not as bad as people say.
2023-09-22 20:51
for me it needs a few tweaks to be usable, imo win10=win11, I can use both honestly
2023-09-22 20:53
I have Win 11 on laptop and Win 10 on desktop
Can't say one is better
Windows 10 has some dis/advantages over Windows 11 and vice-versa
