electronic took navi to grand finals of a major, so they dont need to change igl. they dont need to make ANY changes.
they just need to figure out their identity as a team, and figure out how they would like to play, and build a really solid system on top of that. rosters are not built in 1-2 months, this is not 2017.
edit: a good system enables players to frag out of their mind, not the other way around. if they cant frag it just shows they are not comfortable with how they are playing, they need changes in their system or just need more time to sort out some stuff.

To estimate teams average aim as objective as we could we need statistics, for example one of the best ones is Leetify AIM
My friend month ago or smth like that did comparision for all top 20 teams comparing their average Leetify AIM
Results: C9 is third with avg 97, Vitality is 18th with avg 94.4
Also i don't know why you compared Apex to Elec on terms of Igling while i was talking about pure aim

Firepower is an outdated concept dating back to early days of CS when there possibly were big differences in players' individual skill. There are no bad players in terms of aim in tier 1. Cloud9 doesn't stand out in any way when it comes to "firepower". If they can't play as a team they will get their ass whooped like we've been seeing recently.
