Gg 1. supposedly CIS savior (Cloud9) got farmed by Complexity 2. Supposedly second best team of region (VP) didnt even make G2 sweat. Both teams share similar playstyle and same weaknesses in the game. T side: 1. Lacking flash usage/smoke cover, just dry peeking 2. Both teams have worst site executes in top10. Tactics based on heavy default playstyle waiting for mistake and agression. 3. By far both teams worst trading teams in the world. CT side: 1. No map control playstyle, 0 info. Give up all zones and hide in the site. Every team just spam executes against them, and anchors like Perfecto will have to fight 1v5, 2v5 on the site. (buster and interz were the victims of that system) 2. No AWP agression. Unlike dev1ce or sunpayus, Sh1ro and jame never helps out anchors to hold any site 3. Same CT setups over and over again. No creativity or changes during the game. Predictable

I was supporting most boring CS for some time, at least this playstyle was paying off with good results. But now they cant even win tier2 teams. Im not watching these teams from now on. Probably gonna cheer for NaVi or Vitality People will say "plastic fan", but how can you blame me. I have self respect, sorry. I dont want to watch and be part of that embarassment.

I agree with you on VP playstyle. I was watching them play T side Mirage vs G2 yesterday. All they were doing was waste 100 seconds across various extremeties of the map and then collect at a site and rush like a headless chicken in last 10 seconds.

Yeah I feel like only way for CIS to win trophies - move to Europe. I always wonder how Ax1Le would deliver in agressive roles, not lurker ones. He is agressive lurker on Vertigo and always carries whole team on T side. Imagine him doing that on other maps

Until he leaves c9, we will never know. Because elec and groove are stuck in 2021, because surely shit from 2 years ago will work today. C9 always try conditioning, but they condition the opposition in taking their weakest site and saving the awp

Outdated playstyle is outdated and countered by new fresh ideas, colour me surprised. With how c9 are playing, I am quite positive that their 12 hour a day training was just a rewatch of 2021, when their strats were working

Probably, but no, "we needed change". Their biggest mistake was paying a shit ton for a tier 2 IGL at best. And now c9 is a low impact awp, good support, 2 group stage merchants and their 3rd best player is apparently hobbit, lmao kekw

All teams that have had more than two player changes are struggling rn, Cloud9, VP, Navi, Liquid, Furia etc, only Astralis is an exception that is performing better after changes. I think this just means that either all these teams are already doomed to fail, or they need more time to adapt, honestly CS:GO is already a game that will be extinct soon, so it's fair to wait and see how these new rosters will perform in CS2.

navi results in H2 are worse than H1 and without good performances against tier 1 teams except one MD3 against G2 and wins against Faze which is also struggling. imo fnatic is worse than before, the only good result of them so far is third place in the easiest group of EPL.

"Give up all zones and hide in the site. " Agree, this is the biggest problem for me. To be honest, when Cloud9 tried to collect info (vs Spirit on Anubis), they gave Spirit too much rounds for free. But anyway, none of top teams don't play like that.
