France has been like that forever. They won the world cup without Benzema and made the finals 2022 without him as well. They had Ribery, Viera, Henry and multiple stars in 2010 and did not manage to make it out of groups. They always have a packed bench

Yes there are chances, but incredibly slim ones. He might play like 3 more World Cups, might not be on his best anymore in some of them, and would have to win 2. France is a great team but far from dominating like that Brazil was. So I wouldn't even focus on this record, for him it's better to just think about Euro 2024 and the WC2026.

France threw the last wc and gave up the trophy to the team that lost to saudi btw, if they could've won that there would be a possibility, but now the chances are low.
