Uh, no? Otherwise there wouldn't have been rumors of that EG roster with Elec, Boros and whoever else was there.
Not that I'm arguing against changes, btw, they need a proper IGL, nd if Elec is too stubborn to see just how much they suck under him - well, he can be a million dollars benchwarmer.

I've managed several dota teams, also went to TI3 with one of my teams and before we signed a player we took that guy to practice with us for several weeks until we decided to sign him. It's literally very normal to do that.

I've never mentioned to kick someone, and I don't agree with #1. Every new team needs time, some less and some more to figure things out. The reason why we and other teams did the practice beforehand was to check if the atmosphere within the team is great, cause this is an important aspect when building a team. Having a team with just good players is not enough tbh, if the atmosphere is shit your gameplay will lack under this condition. Behind those players are still human beings with all different and individual egos, the hardest part of my job was to handle all of these egos.

The point is elec is IGL so even in trials you can see how good atmosphere could be you can se how he is calling etc but just from the moment team decides they want him just after that they could start to creating new system maybe changing roles etc
I doubt that when you signed some guy you practiced with him before but even during tryouts he started to change your system etc when it was some igl

That's where groove dropped the ball. He should have declined electronic's demand to IGL - there was no market for both Perfecto and Electronic joining one team and C9 was by far the best option for both.

ELEC Igl is the same shit as Yeki igl ,and NiKo igl , but NiKo won some tourneys here and there , thats it. these players CAN'T/ SHOULDN'T be the igl's.

And he also had slumps like that before, which is exactly why after winning a major he ended up in HellRaisers, then Winstrike, then Gambit Youngsters and had to crawl back up to tier 1 for at least 2 years, and that's a generous assesment, because I only counted from him getting away from Major winning Gambit to joining Gambit Youngsters, while he also took some time in both those teams to fall and rise.
You would think he learned that kicking an IGL and play without one is a bad idea with how Gambit ended up without Zeus. Unless he somehow thought that Electronic is better IGL.
Not to mention that a lot of people still count that major win as a fluke.

it's not time for changes yet. they need more time and it's obvious to anyone but dumbest mentards.
but if it's like this after a couple of more months... if there's a clear clash in chemistry then it needs to be resolved. if chemistry is alright, then it's the head coach who has to get the axe. it's his job to make it work.

elec should've not IGL, i knew it was stupid every individual player who plays IGL just plays bad individually and calls. NiKo same story, apEX was the only exception in some weird way he does have 50/50 games but he brings a lot with calling
This cloud9 is fantastic, just needs to work on communication, aim, map awareness, crosshair placement, economy management, pistol aim, awp flicks, grenade spots, smoke spots, pop flashes, positioning, bomb plant positions, retake ability, bunny hopping, spray control and getting kills
