NIP management in denial that their star players are s*it and way behind the curve in the current meta... they gonna hold on till their last breath. I have never seen such bias and obstinate behavior in any other E-sports org before.

I know it's a bait but it's kinda suprising that REZ is 25. when f0rest was 25 it felt like he was playing counter strike for ages. he reaily is wasted potential.

Yeah, Rez and Brollan need more time. I think they should shuffle some players around them until something works. Also, did you know Rez was IEM Oakland MVP? He has crazy potential.

NiP is an assemblage of contradiction now. They sign Brollan, for NiP thay wants fire power, but for Brollan, he prefers comm in Swedish than English. But NiP swich to English later, because they signed headtrick and Aleksib. They play default for most of the rounds now, but at the same time, have kicked the king of default, Aleksib. Konfig said that NiP in Paris Major and I quote "not trust in our team, not trust the players and only trust the stratbook". Now he has got what he wants, no stratbook, just default and trade, but look how that turns out. So, the two poisons for NiP is simple: 1, get f0rest and draken back, comm in Swedish, and NiP will be fine for a year or two. Meanwhile, find new Swedish youngsters; 2, Sell Brollan, find someone who is willing to comm in English.

Problem is the young Swedish talent is pretty bad. Joel was pretty much the best youngster but he ruined his chances

I believe a swedish roster could potentially work, as its done in the past. Hampus, rez and brollan as a core worked while they were speaking swedish, they got decent results with a worse lineup then they currently have. Imagine the lineup from antwerp but with nilo instead of plopski and potentially hype instead of es3tag. Would be a good roster with what I consider to be upgrades. Also +Threat would be a huge upgrade, he is such an amazing coach

Yeah, there is definitely hope but honestly, I don't really see it happening from NiP without roster changes or management changes. +Threat is a great move, he did amazing stuff for NiP in the past. I would argue that their is potential for Top 5 because I believe that NiP can genuinely beat anybody if their roster is at full-power, so I always have hope but honestly. I still think they need to find somebody more consistent than REZ.

I still believe in REZ, I remember when he started finally hitting his stride in 2022 before they switched to english. He played well for most of the first 6 months, hampus mentioned he and REZ had been working on his consistency and it showed. It was REZ and hampus who made their good results in the spring possible. I also dont agree with sidelining him on some maps, like overpass. He was one of, if not the best bathrooms players 1-2 years ago. This allowed NiP to lean on overpass since they could beat pretty much anyone on it. Now after they put him on b site and gave his spot away to brollan its become one of their weakest maps. I also think having someone like Nilo who can step up and be a star might help if REZ cant hit that consistency again.

Yeah, he had a resurgence in form and it was great to see alongside hampus, who was decent at fragging, but that roster was nowhere near as good as this roster was. Yeah, I think nilo is a top choice for a potential replacement.

Hampus, REZ and brollan need to rebuild a swedish team under a different org than NiP so that nawwk can join, get esetag as support and REZ back on his good roles

Rez is tied until 2025 and brollan prbly got a pretty long contract also. So I cant see any swedish org buying rez, hampus and brollan out of their contracts.
