There is no business involved, female eSports is completely dead from business perspective, any sane person understands that the right move would be to invest more in male eSports and that would give you way better profit. It's just basics. Second of all, your theory of tiers gets crushed by a fact that women in CS compete together with men on Faceit(or well MM in cs2). Their "training" or semi-pro road to "pro" Is not separated from mens, unlike in real sports. The pro female players constantly play with men and even play rare tournaments together. That is why tiers are solely skill and performance based. That is why Faceit elo matters, because they are not separated like in real sports. I hope that is easy to grasp for your tiny intelligence.

sure there is a difference but it seems neglectiable when we just talk about moving your mouse or controller and sitting in front of a screen instead of real sports where physicality plays a role. this whole "women esports" is a joke really. the only reason they are so bad right now is because they don't put in the same hours and dedication as all these young nerds and why would they have reason to when you can just live in your own bubble created for you. with computer games we have a chance to be as inclusive as possible and be an example that it works. when you play games it doesn't matter if you are shy, introvert, outgoing or not, solo or teamplayer, male, female etc. it all works together in some way and there is something for everyone. but again this chance is ruined by this marketing agenda. it doesn't matter what is right or wrong when we talk about money.
