that bag is very temporary tho once the org realizes this team is going nowhere he will have a hard time either he will agree to terminate his contract or he will stay on a bench for a long time doing nothing deteriorating and being forgotten and then he has to try and get back on the scene from nothing all over again

It's not temporary at all. CS2 is coming up, even if Falcons isn't going nowhere if he performs well other teams will be looking out for him. If anything, he's earning more money by doing this move than Monte who hasn't win any tier 1 events.
