I mean isnt it fairly typical across all fields of engineering and finance to work "40hrs/week" -> 25hrs tops i mean u get work tasks, get them done, then if it took 25hrs, 40hrs or 50hrs who really cares

my mother works in finance (sweden) she works ~20 hrs per week (every week) her company is one of the largest in sweden you get payed for how hard you are to replace, not for how hard or how long you work
