if FaZe was willing to gamble with broky 4 years ago as their main AWPer, don’t see why they wouldn’t try gambling on an inexperienced IGL with someone experienced that can happen to help him.

-neo +karrigan for coach, his mechanics hurt to watch and the current dynamic requires the other stars firing on full power to deal with it, though I believe he's smart as hell, 4v5 doesn't work consistently
and if that doesn't fix it, cointoss between -rain (unsure +who, people keep mentioning +frozen, but why would he downgrade:tm:, maybe +es3tag if +kyxsan happens) and -broky (+degster, I guess, or poach regali from OG), assuming my flair isn't the problem by that point
ropz is completely safe, it's mad the kind of shit he's pulling off considering the state of the rest of the team

Well I'd rather keep kscerato as closer if the other 3 players are arT, FalleN and chelo right? If the other 3 were broky, ropz and twistzz, I'm sure the sacrifice would be worth it to him in his mind and in the IGL's mind.
Same for blameF. You don't really want inexperienced players to be closers

BlameF was always a better lurker than jks tho and xyp9x was a bum at that point and still is given the fact he's even benched from Astralis talent.
I wouldn't say that him playing lurker/closer over them is that bad

1) Then why sign a lurker? Doesn't Blame, as an IGL understand how asking a star lurker to suddenly change his roles, despite signing to be their new lurker, could damage his play?
2) Let's, the last season before BlameF joined, Xyp9x had a... 1.08 rating, and a 1.05 against the top 10. Then roughly a 0.97 for the time he played with Blame. He went from a support/lurker to hard entry, bc their new star rifler BlameF, wanted to lurk, instead of filling the roles of the exiting riflers Dupreeh and Magisk, which was hard entry.
Both of their careers were ruined after playing with him. It took JKS nearly a year to get picked up after he was benched.

twistzz when in form brings so much impact to the results of the team , but he isn´t doing anything for 5-6 months at least.
and don´t talk about roles , he has all the freedom to do the moves he likes early and mid round. you can see he isn´t even confident in his aim anymore, maybe changed mouse or some hardware, idk how he became like this.
if they not going to be succesfull in cs then it can be a disband, they have no money

not sure what igl they could pick up, realistically they want a young fragger who karrigan can mold into a great igl since if they don't pick up a fragging igl it'll just be a downgrade, but i dunno who they could get

Faze might be bad rn, but CSGO is ending. If I owned an org, i'd be searching for players/teams that are switching to cs2 rn.

They're all fucking coasting off fat contracts and an org that can't do shit about it.
Then you realize Karrigan would perhaps be a decent coach, but honestly he was always overrated and that broky was never individually good and you replace both of them with literally and middle tier awper and IGL. You'd have a era to rival astralias.
