I would say this is the best time to make changes. CS2's out and after a while will be set to be used in tournaments. For any orgs that have been struggling in tier 1 competition, this would be the best time to make changes.

C'mon hobbit was more than unconfortable. Also, you can see the stress, tension inside the team. Kicking a coach is different, but at the same time, it depents on the opportunities. FlameZZ's addition was more based on the mementum. NealaN had probably a cheap buyout. I doubt GL kick their igl after 2 months...
