I can definitely agree but the fact it came out in 1997 was insane. I don't even care about baseball and I thought it was great. I really would recommend just reading about the basic baseball stats and what they mean so you can understand the lingo in the movie more easily. OBP RBI etc but other than that, it's pretty straight forward and definitely a good time

bro, oscars aren't worth the money they are made with... I couldn't give less of a shit about these commercial awards. Viggo is a goated actor. Have you seen Eastern Promises with him? This guy should have won the oscar 2-3 times already if these awards could be taken seriously.

If you like slower films, Before Sunrise is fantastic. Just two people walking around Paris and talking. That's it. But the dialogue is very well-written and Ethan Hawke and Julie Delpy have great on-screen chemistry. It's a really, really good film.

If you like older movies I would recommend M from 1931, it has some really good shots in it and the overall topic is interesting, it is however in german. Otherwise I´d recommend: In Bruges, The big lebowski, snatch, hot fuzz, lock stock and two smoking barrels or the chorus
