Skins are tanking HARD in price
CS2 player count is giga low considering IT JUST RELEASED and "EVERYONE" essentially wants to give it a pop so player counts are always inflated early but despite that the player count is REALLY bad for CS2
Skins look like garbage in CS2 and so everyone is panic selling that combined with the anti-hype of CS2 launch. Massive yikes
And whats worse? There is NO OPERATION, which actually gives a HUGE boost to ALL existing skins, the entire current market benefits from there not being an operation, if there was operation and a new case what happens is people sell their current skins to get hands on the new skins causing all existing skins to tank in price, but because there is no operation/case that is not happening. If they released a case/operation it would be truly over for all skins.

A regular butterfly knife is down 2000 RMB already and it dropped 300 RMB from when I checked 8 hours ago, the prices are TANKING and the supply of these weapons are insane on the market so even tho the butterfly knife is down 2000 RMB nobody is realistically gonna sell with only a 2000 RMB loss because the prices are free falling.
Btw, only people with a lot of skins are crying, its just an observation

I believe my items have a certain price regardless of the market
I am not much into high tier skins because they have a very high entrypoint due to their price but when it comes to stickers I am down on almost every single choice I made from the Paris Major except maybe GamerLegion despite getting them at a good price and not buying into the hype
At this point there is nothing left to do than just wait for the prices to go up again and hope for the best

The only ones tanking are the Paris stickers that are down like a 20% since last week and getting down momentum, but it's normal after Volvo decided to have them on sale for that long. Rest of skins are same price or slowly going up/down depending on which.
No idea about high end skins, but those were highly inflated tbh, one day or another chinese will go out and they will crash for sure.
