i played just one game but in csgo i sucked with pistols but my first pistol ever 1 tap headshots feels fucking easy as the movement look hella slower when u see the guy on your screen

You will never see a valorant pro transitioning to cs both aren't easy to do but it's much easier to do transition from cs to val Cs requires better mechanical skills, counter strafing ( counter strafe is bad to use in val ) and harder to hit shots as the movements are faster. They made cs2 a bit more noob friendly, some might be disappointed but it's a necessity nowadays for a game to grow otherwise it's just going to die. Let's be honest, cs been staying alive mainly because of skins market and ofc betting market. Val is able to thrive without skins market and very likely would survive without betting market.

The only valid reason for a valo pro to take the gamble and transition into CS is if they couldn't make it in VAL or Riot decides to screw the game's tier 2 pro scene even more.
