Mouz nxt was like top 50 team when Jimpphat was there and they played vs some ok teams.
They won vs teams like sprout, endpoint, 9ine, Aurora, 500, Monte etc. and Jimpphat had way worse team than Donk had playing these teams. But yeah nxt never was truly tier 2 team they were tier 2.8 But donks numbers were certainly are better than jimpphats before he joined mouz. Both amazing talents tho.

Bro no tier 1 team is going to do a huge prep against him in some trash tier tournament that they just wanna drop out of. When he gets on tier 1 tournaments, then he will get countered and we see how well he adapts. That being said he will probably be top 20 player at some point in his career if he can escape the Russian scene.

But is he more naturally gifted or just has way more hours than Jimpphat? Just like you can't really know how naturally gifted a player like m0nesy is compared to other 18 year olds when m0nesy got 18k hours which is more than even a lot of experienced tier 1 pros.
He might have better aim, but how much of that is because of more hours in the game and how much because he is just more talented and got good quicker?

Well just playing the game is also practice, if for example donk has 12k hours he really should be better than Jimi with 6k hours. This is what I mean.

Well he was 11 years old when he got that vac ban in 2018 playing matchmaking, so I really doubt he had that many hours on that account.
Yeah time will tell, but even time might never really tell which player is better since they have completely different roles.

I don't think you can give a proper answer here.
Jimpphat is playing against tier-1 competition in some of the spots he didn't play previously, and he's surprising everyone match after match.
While donk running here and there, popping the heads off against tier-3 teams mostly, playing the way he's comfortable with.
Aim-wise donk is better i'd say. He's insane in that sense.
In terms of gamesense and teamplay - jimpphat.
But we have to wait until both players will establish their form on tier-1 scene.

Impossible to really compare a star player in tier 2 and a player with pretty bad roles in tier 1. Can't really expect Jimi to get same ratings when he is anchoring B site on Mirage against a teams like Faze & G2 lol

Jimpphat is good, very good. But Donk has the potential to be the best CS2 player in a few years time. I doubt Jimi can achieve those heights.

Yeah my friend, and Ax1Le was academy tier2 player too, right before his 2021 year when he achieved #5 place in HLTV top.
M0nesy was farming academy leagues before G2, and whole HLTV was making fun of Carlos paying 600k for him. I swear HLTV community cant learn from their mistakes

We can only compare when we see donk at actual LAN, because for now Spirit dodged every single one. Farlig or Kair0n were considered as prospects too until they faced opposition that can actually shoot back and dont throw every game for food, you know.
Not to mention completely different roles.
donk is in another universe, why even compare him to normal t2 players?
