Honestly the vast majority of players fucking hate FaceIt and the community - but we bear through it because MM is worse. If CS2s MM is even barely decent people are going to pick it over the toxic shit show that FaceIt is.

The less effort required to get games the worst the average player pool is. using 3rd party pug systems like faceit weeds out a lot of undesirable players who don't take the game seriously. That's why ESEA is the best system, it's got a paywall, no one is signing up to the paywall and not trying to play properly. It's not hard to work out.
