I've trying to get info in different sites about this. Since CS2 launched, i haven't been able to play a single Casual or DM match without stuttering or freezing. Some people says that it works better in competitive, but still has some stutter. Is this a latam or Chile thing? any experiences?

wdym by stuttering or freezing? Stuttering is a term more correlated to fps drops, this is caused by the game shitty optimization

Idk the exact term, but i see players walking like they have 400 ping, teleporting, and sometimes that also happens to me. I'm not having problems with fps or something so far so i guess the problem has to be called differently, freezing? high ping jumps?

I haven't experienced any of that. I get put on either São Paulo or Buenos Aires servers, and even in the latter, where i have about 30-40 ms of ping it's all fine.
