If I recall correctly, only Astralis-6-majors and linkolini were close to 30k comments within the span of 12 months.
Though saying that, linkolini didn't hit the comment limit nearly as much as Astralis-6-majors did. :D

According to research done by many users, user "RADNIKEY" currently holds the list for all of the users with 20k or more comments here on the user's profile, if you're interested: hltv.org/profile/1315925/radnikey
Other users also had lists similar but they don't really exist anymore.

There was a guy with like a list of 100+ users tho sadly that is outdated now and I believe he got 10yeared. cant remember his username but he was cool. Its probably somewhere in your biography.

When I spoke to him last he just stopped commenting on hltv and moved on with his life.
He did get a few bans, but its whatever.
I know astralis_6_majors did get 10yred tho if I remember correctly.

Going for a lot of comments is what gets you banned imo.
If you force yourself to talk in every thread and say something in every thread you will end up with a ban one way or another.
If you are chill about and and maybe think for like .1 second about what you typed you will be fine.
Personally, when I got banned it was back in like 2018 once and twice in 2020 when i was completely no lifting hitting the 150 limit daily.

No, I know both users enough separately in order to be able to make that claim.
If both users are assumed to have alternate accounts, I know what they would be and neither user would be those accounts.

Personally, I believe that you have an account older than your current account but that's it, I wouldn't say that you currently have an assumed alternate account.

Extensive ban history.
If I recall correctly, the user had a pretty extensive history but managed to stay unbanned for a very long time until finally receiving a ban, which was inevitably the last one.

Do you have an idea how the ban system works, im pretty sure ive been banned 5+ times? Does it take into account recency or just total bans? Longest ive been banned is 1 week? Do they ban for 1 month?

If I recall correctly, it's amount of bans in tandem with length of bans.
So two bans that are two weeks long would be conducive with four 1-day micro-bans, for example.
Accounts that accrued a boatload of micro-bans into the double-digits were hanging on by a length of thread as opposed to a user that has 6 or 7 week long bans, for example.
There are rumours of accounts accruing bans into the twenties and even thirties if you believe users like gunT, etc... Obviously that was during a completely different time in moderation - plus your account can get a reprieve with a "next ban and it's over" clause.
