start off with bodyweight rows then do negatives then use a chair/rubber band to do assisted pullups

Jumpt to the bar to the point your arm are in a 90 degree angle and then slowly go down. And then over and over. When u do it like that u focus on the part u need for the excersice and in some time u should be able to do it :) Else buy one of the elastic bands and use that as a form of help. They are way cheaper than a gym menmbership

Well, if you weigh less, it's easier to pull yourself up and you wont need as much strength. Kinda boring way to do it though.

You hang off the bar with your arms holding it and then pull yourself up. Hence the name, pull-up.

Negative pull ups, use an elastic so the weigh u pull isn't that huge

Do what are called "negatives". Basically, grab the bar, jump up, and then hold yourself up for as long as you can.
