You suck at analyzing football, with such a team that love get the possession, and plays that close to the opponents defense, it's normal that real has to play with compact defense, if you are gonna run for the ball, you let a big space behind you, and barca will just wait for a striker to make a call, and the midfielders will give him the ball.

Nice job from entire Real Madrid team. I had my doubts on Coentrao but he completed a perfect match with no errors and some key steals. I'm fan of Real Madrid, but what happened today in the match and the days before leaves Barcelona in a poor position. Roura started when he talked about the referee with no one in Real Madrid saying nothing. And Alba continues that by making theatre in the pitch, I assume he didn't know that Oscars trophies were given the past week.

It will be the same with Bayern Munich, they already have a made team just like Barcelona when he arrived. What i think it's causing Barcelona not to play so well is the lack of motivation of some players but mainly Xavi, he's not been playing very well and Iniesta can't do everything, so when Barcelona doesnt have Xani nor Iniesta making the plays, even Messi can't do anything. We've seen that in the 1st hand in Madrid, at Milan and again today.

Yes, but a team that usually is already very strong in their local league but not showing very good performance on the European level. Despite their latest results in Champions League I refer to showing actually more than bus + luck (just like Milan chose to play this year). If you are right with Xavi being the weak link, I presume just like it happened in RM with Casillas it would be time to bench him for a while.

Taking into account the players you mention I think getting rid of them was actually the reason to be able to stay at the top. Ronaldinho - best deal in ages selling him at his prime taking into account how he has ended up Deco - regarded as an 'if I am not playing I am not happy (nor will I allow others to be happy)' type of troublemaker Eto'o - amazing striker but with a long history of complicated relationships with, especially, his coaches

If you remove Busquets from Barcelona then they will fall against almost anyone. He is the only defensive midfield in Barcelona and also one of the few that can win header situations as the rest of them are too small (Xavi, Iniesta, Pedro... are all 1,70 height). He is the perfect key for Barcelona gear in midfield. About Puyol, well, he is old and he had some important injuries these past years. I think its time to find him a proper replacement.
