Open world games give me much more fun, especially Far Cry 3. This game is just perfect.

do you feel restricted in linear games or are you able to enjoy them at certain level as well?

Surely it depends on game itself. I really enjoyed Limbo for example.

I prefer linear. I like to follow a set story instead of getting lost in a sub par one (open world don't have as good stories 99% of the time).

I enjoy both for both having their own pros and cons. That's why I'm asking this, because I think it's interesting how people with different values and personalities are more biased towards specific kinds of entertainments. I'm just wondering whenever they don't enjoy something because they can't or because they're biased towards specific values and tastes, which prevents them from adapting to a new environment and conditions in order to become able to enjoy something different.
