you totally should watch it at the cinema! the soundtrack is quite similar to Shutter Island actually, and Leonardo DiCaprio plays just amazingly! it will surely be worth the price to go there (:

"Remember The Titans" - Best sports movie ever made to this day. I'm not much of an American football fan but this movie goes way beyond just a "sports flick", a great watch. If you're into other sports movies you might also enjoy "The Replacements". "A Knight's Tale" - An incredibly underrated feel-good film set in the Middle Ages. Awesome movie with great performances by Heath Ledger and Paul Bettany. Also funny as hell :P. "Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang" - Also really underrated movie. Sort of a film-noir dark-comedy investigation film. Hilarious and witty dialog, tons of plot twists, and plus you can't go wrong with Robert Downey Jr. and Val Kilmer :). Also any of the good Guy Ritchie films. That means either "Snatch"; "Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels" or "Rock'n Rolla" (I'd put them in that particular order). All three of them mix up awesome comedy, great action and top-notch soundtracks and are all a must watch. Also good if you're tired of cheesy American movies and are up for some foul-mouthed genuine English cinema :P. So yeah, tried to list a few movies I really enjoy that aren't among the latest "hits", because I assume a lot of people would have mentioned those already. And I went for underrated/not-so-known films because you probably haven't watched any of them. A few others that come to mind: Fight Club Memento The Prestige V for Vendetta [Rec] (watch the original Spanish one, not the crappy American remake, scary as fuck) Up American Gangster EDIT: Just saw the "I prefer some drama/romance" thing. In that case... I'm not that into romance movies, but one I really enjoyed was "Love Actually". It's basically everything "Valentine's Day" wished it was but failed miserably at.

American Pie for life :P And except those, "Yes Man", "Van Wilder 1,2,3", "Harold and Kumar etc" and many, many more. "Girl next door" also, maybe not much as a comedy but I love Elisha Cuthbert :)
