Yea, you have the right to state your opinion. But I also have the right to state that you're making ridiculous conclusions out of practically thin air, and calling people out who think otherwise. Making conclusions out of a lack of evidence is exactly what you're doing, as what everyone else is doing. You are NO better than anyone who thinks Flusha/JW/etc is hacking 100%.
'What you're saying is, is that it isn't a fact that any of the professional players aren't cheating because there's no solid evidence to proof their innocence'.
Nope, they ARE innocent as there is no way to prove that they are hacking with certainty at the moment. It is assumed that they are not cheating, because there is no evidence, but you CANNOT say it is a fact that they aren't. In court, even if a person is proven innocent it may not be regarded as FACT that that person was innocent, unless the crime is 100% attributed to another individual. Yes, they are assumed innocent because there is no evidence to the contrary, but it is not a FACT that he is innocent, because saying that completely goes against what a fact really is.
I'm not discussing or arguing with or against the Flusha situation, I'm simply pointing out your pompous and and surface-level view on the situation.
Are they cheating? We don't know. No one knows but the players themselves. Can we prove it OR disprove it with 100% certainty ourselves at the moment? It's extremely unlikely. So, at the moment they should be assumed innocent, but them being guilty should never be ruled out. No one is right or wrong at the moment, there is no 'wrong' viewpoint in this situation, as it is entirely speculation. You can think they're hacking, you can think they're not, but either way no-one can be proven right OR wrong at this point in time. You are talking as if you're right, because you're speaking as if parts of your viewpoint that apparently dismantle the opposite are 'fact' when in reality they ARE NOT.
