In an ideal world, the team you've made up looks good on paper. A bit overkill in terms of skill. They might crush everyone at the beginning, but in a long run, I bet they will start losing their flavor and self-destruct.
In reality is, a perfect team must always have a solid team leader (not IGL, team captain rather) that can hold the team together. Keep the motivation up and make every member in the team feels comfortable with each other (as in, socially functional lol). Conflicts are bound to happen to any team. This is where the importance of a leader comes to play. If the leader sucks hard, things are going to break apart. Success will be unlikely.
GeT_RiGhT - I don't believe GTR is a quality leader. He gets bored dealing with the same thing rather easy. He's more of an opportunist imo.
f0rest - has always been carefree. I doubt he would want to do something as boring as this.
Delpan - delpan's motivation for the game seemed pretty high before he took a break from CS. I remember when he was without a team, he was like so eager to play NC and always make himself available for international games. But honestly, I don't really see him as a leader-like character.
Gux - ... lol.
MODDII - ... this one I don't think he needs any introduction...
if you appoint any one of these players to be the leader, I don't think the rest of them will take him seriously.
I believe in the Swedish scene, we can easily get a realible, well respected, and trustworthy person to be the boss. For example, cArn, threat, niko, dsn, and maybe Snajdan. They might not be as skilled as the five you mentioned, but they certainly can hold the team together and maintain the harmony within them.
People are cheering NEO, trace, markeloff, GTR, f0rest because of how awesome they are. I actually have more respect for ave, TaZ, Zeus, cArn for what they have done for these players.
