GMO has side-effects, don't fool yourself. For example, grains that have been genetically modified to be shorter (they do this because it's less likely to be affected by wind, and other things that may prevent harvesting or destroy/limit harvesting), also have the capability to inhibit growth.
You are what you eat, isn't just a saying, there's a truth, or atleast a partial truth in it. Not saying eating GMO modified foods will make you sick, i do believe it can be the answer in some areas of the world - But the quality of the product will often suffer. "Pågen" uses it in their bread, and there's a clear difference - Unless they really are that clueless when it comes to baking X) (Gifflar excluded :D)
