Use barbells instead of dumbbells for a bit
Start fapping with the left Hand bro
go fist a cow with your left hand
Lift with left hand 2
smoke some crack, insta gains :^)
Do you use dumbbells or barbells?
Use dumbells, same weight on each arm.
Start the set with your weaker arm first then see how many you do. Ensure you're hitting 8-12 range. Then go with your stronger arm second and only do as many as you have done with your weaker arm.
i.e. If you do 10 reps with weaker arm, only do 10 reps with stronger. Eventually they'll even out.
Stay away from barbells, stay away from close grip pullups. Generally, stay away from two arm bicep exercises and train your weaker arm first, and keep to the same reps on your stronger.
i dont know if you know dis but youre suppose to work out both arms not just the right arm...thank me latur
Use dumbells instead of the barbell for arm exercies
Genetics play a role on that one, try isolate exercises, add some extra heavy reps on your left arm and also try to start with your left hand because it will rest less and it will require you to push more, hope it helps.
why did the right arm become bigger? hmmmmmmmmmm
I'm 100% positiv it's a troll
I don't know how big the difference is but it is common to have a bigger muscle than the opposite, it happens often.. make sure you're doing the same reps with same weight
Sounds like you're doing the exercise wrong and when you get to your left arm you're over-compensating with the shoulder and use more moment to do the same weight on both arms.
The solution is to go down in weight on both arms, but doing the exercise slower and more controlled, and of course learn to do them right. Instead of all those idiots in gym that always sway their body and pull with chest and shoulder aswell, just because they have too much weight on the dumbbells.
use barbells for compound movements & dumbbells for isolation movements such as the spider curl.
Hey dude. I have the same thing, it's because I'm right handed so I do all the things with right arm. In example carry bags with my right arm. My right arm/hand just gets little bigger because of that.
dumbbells the way to fix ur problems
If u don't do legs no point
If you're one of those guys who only train arms & chest, that's what you deserve ;)
However you'd want to pay attention to your technique, learn to squeeze the reps as clean or cleaner than your stronger arm. You might be using more momentum and not the actual muscle.
Also notice if you always carry dumbells / plates with the stronger arm. That means it gets more volume and is therefore bigger, eg. if you load the leg press, lets say 16 plates using mostly the stronger arm...
If you are a gym noob you should be more worried about your overall development, are your chins / bench press / squats / rows going up or stalling?
Focus on progression on these big multi-joint movements (this tip will speed up your results more than anything and save you from looking imbalanced and stupid)
Keep it up (+ start reading some better forums, hltv org is the wrong place for gym tips generally ;)
I had the same issue, use dumbells, start with your weakest hand and do as many as you can/have to and repeat the exact same number with your strong hand, ex-weightlifter gave me this tip at the gym BTW ;)
Your form is fucked up, stop ego lifting. /thread
its normal, one side of ur body is always bigger than other side untill u are a professinal bodybuilder
Well i guess you have to use more that arm. Lift more with it..
Pics, please. This doesn't make any sense.
You have some kind of neurological disorder in your left arm if you are not trolling.
When doing DB curls start with your left first.
Mind Muscle connection is key. You seem to be always focused on your right arm 24/7 and flexing only your right...AKA you're not contracting and controlling as much as you are with your right arm.
BArbell curls: Your right arm is most likely using 70% of the weight while your left arm is using 30% .
Take your damn time. Dont swing so much until the very last 2 reps
hltv where 70% pretend to be shredded and going to the gym but all they do is eat mcd and chips and play videogames. pretty good place to ask
how about u do a real sport
I guess the best advice is to use dumbbels, work biceps with left first then with the right(sitting dumbbel curls) and try working ur tric with dumbbel one arms should solve the problem(not instantly but if you apply these exercises routinely you will get ur wished result
You're obviously doing something wrong with your left arm, like using your shoulders to lift the weight too much instead of the arm.
My advice is to look at yourself in the mirror how you lift with your right contra your left arm. Start with your right and copy that exact movement with your left
stop working out it should go back to normal.
try using your left hand in your daily life, like simple stuff, lifting groceries and so on. and you could maybe try only 3x10 on right hand and go max on left hand until you can't go anymore. just to try to even things out.
Its not that uncommon, i once had a huge left shoulder, when my right one was tiny af. It gradually levels out unless you are doing horribly wrong.
just start jacking off with ur skinnier arm... logic
Your dominant arm will naturally be slightly larger. If your aesthetic is really bugging you then use barbell's.
The logic behind this is that by training them together the weaker arm will catch up while the stronger arm will maintain its size and gains.
I typically like to throw barbell exercises last... make it light enough that you can do a 1-2 second flex at the top and perform 10-12 reps with immaculate form. Dont skimp on the negative either go ALL the way down so you feel a stretch in your lower bicep on both arms... this elongates the bicep making your arms have a "fuller" look as you continue to try to get them to grow.
GL op; no masturbate joke here xD.
Inject some oil into your left arm or inject steriods into your left arm and only train your left arm
try to do always more reps with your left arm.
i had the same problem , after few months i don't see difference.
GL , also watch bradley martyn on youtube this guy does alot of Q&A.
You have less strengh in your left arm (unless ur a leftie), so you will allways be able to improve your right arm the most, because it is stronger, you endure longer and harder :), the left one is weaker so you endure less. If you want them to be the same size, don't exercise ur right arm so much for a while.
Maybe an extra set on left to catch up + make sure you do the exercise properly on your left arm. Some people get lazy and "cheat" a rep or two each set. Combine that with a none-proper, i.e. curl, it'll add up in time to the results you're with atm.
It might be your issue since it's a common one but I'm not sure this is your case at all.
I had the same problem just cut ur left arm.It worked for me
Probably wont be seen but, what you can do, is still use dumb bells, but do a 1-2-1 routine. So its your left arm that isnt matching up with the other, so youre gonna do a rep on left arm, then curl BOTH left and right, then left again. So itll be left, then both, then left again.
its all genetics bruh. My arms looks bigger than my chest, shoulders even if im not training my arms.
well i had this problem for a while ,use dumbbells instead of barbell , & try to add 1_2 reps to the weaker arm's set , & try to push with ur weaker arm more when performing bench press & lat pulldowns & stuff..
how about train ur other arm more
I had the similar problem, still have at some point, my reason was that I broke my left arm (in elbow) pretty bad when i was a kid and it kind of grew weak. It sounds stupid maybe, but doing more reps with left arm gave me pretty good result. I was starting with left and doing one extra set with it in the end.
Jerk it with the left for a few months
Imao you ask for help in hltv
bro just use synthol in your left hand
i have been lifting for 3 years , dieting , supplements going 4/5 times almost every week
and i can tell you it's a waste of time just buy some test and anavar, 5/6 cycle's and you're set for at least 5 years
