People that can't control sens lower than 1.8 are pretty rare I'd say.
Summit plays 1.3 @ 400DPI.
What is your current sens?
I'd suggest you to play with the sensitivity which makes you feel more comfortable. People here will say that lower sensi will be better, but this changes from person to person.
Jesus, that would be a very slow sens, I thought I had a low sens with 1.8 @450
there is a theory... more mouse lift -> more headshots
i play 1.8 sens 400dpi and rank LEM
Depends on hand dexterity. It's not that hard to tell if you're comfortable or not either.

i have problem with high sens. I just can control it well and i cant find those small heads above boxes etc. I blame every fail on high sens(i tried medium sens 2.0 @ 400DPI, i did well but sometimes still it seems like its too fast for finding heads). I cant even imagine people who aim good with sens like 2.6-3.0~ :S
1.2 with 400 is crazy low
if that's what you need to aim you need more practice not a lower sens
i use 1.1 with 400 dpi raw input on with QcK+ heavy
used low sens for years on multiple games, only game i ever had problems with was quake live, its hard as fuck to do rocket jumps with such a low sens.
I use 400DPI and 1 sens. real guys isnt that low

450dpi 3sens = masterrace
I am far from LE, but I have 1000dpi 1.38 in-game. Really close to the one of f0rest, according to that old table seen posted reddit and here sometimes.
If you entry while playing, take higher sens, but if you support/awp, you can go with smaller sens ez.
To find my sens, i went into my server, and start walking around the maps checking the spots and the angles....and see what sens i felt more confortable with, thats the best suggestion i can give you, DMG here so not that high
why would you go bellow 2 at 400 dpi.
If you think that lower is better or more precise you are wrong.
Its all about angle placing.
I feel like higher sens give you higher awareness and easier to clear angles. I play 2.3@400 dpi and im le, but i consider increasing it. I've tested both higher and lower before.
lem with 400dpi and 0.75ingame
2.6 ingame 400dpi 6/11 deathadder 2013 500hz
imo 2.6 is kinda low, played with 3 and 3.5 for a while, cant understand how you can play 1.3 dafuq
Masterrace. I just simply can't play with any sens bigger as i simply can't shoot with higher sens.
When I ust to play serious I was rocking 400dpi with 1.19 ingame
1.34 in game at 800dpi. DMG. STOP CHANGING YOUR SENSITIVITY IT DOESNT HELP! FIND SOMETHING COMFORTABLE AND STICK WITH IT

I believe roca uses 0.67 sensitivy and 450 DPI. So it is totally possible to do good with very low sensitivy.
Edit: For those who don't know, roca is North-American professional player
i rocked the 400dpi/1.3 in game for awhile I liked it & aim was better but with the tagging and "lurks" i was getting frustrated enough and increased up to 2.25 in game and have been enjoying thus far. It has helped dramatically with the lurkers, flick shots, and even spraying.
I am using 400 DPI 0,65 in game 3/11 windows
400 DPI 1,74 in-game and 3/11 Windows on Kinzu v2, 40 centimeters wide mousepad is enough for it
moe 1.2 guardian,dupreeh 1.3 waylander 1.4 delpan 1.5-1.8 worldedit,nbk,rpk,semphis 1.7 (all converted to 400 dpi)
exactly this. 1.2@400. LEM
0.95 sens ingame
I was changing between sens 1 to 1.8 a lot (i use 400dpi).
But somehow Im too slow to turn quickly when someone is behind me(and my intelli 1.1 flips out), therefore now playing at sens 2.
I might try sens 1 with mouse accel - who knows it might work
I was playing with 1.5/400 dpi but since I had a LAN event a week ago, I had to increase my sens. On that event, the space was so small that sometimes I couldnt turn around ingame while playing, especially on the main stage..
I changed it to 2, its still low but I aim precisely and maybe itll help on my next LAN.
My rank is supreme btw.

any lower than 2 is silly low sensitivity, its impossible to accurately shoot someone with a flick more than 90 degrees with low sensitivity
400 dpi 2 sens masterrace
you have to have sens with which you can check spots properly and also aim good low sens is good but 1.2, 1.3 is too low for me. I used to play 1.92 sens with 450 dpi and I can aim and check spots properly. Rank: Supreme
all i know is when i slide my mouse all across my mousepad, i turn abit less than 360 degrees, about 340 i think. (im supreme)
What's up with all the low sens? Can barely turn with those.
Most pros have above 2. Some even have much higher like f0rest which is close to 4

I'm LEM/supreme, I play 1.7 sens, 450 dpi
I know it is high but I used to only move my wrist when playing cs. I have never use my arm.
Have been playing with this sense for a super long time though, so maybe should try something a tat higher, like 1.7.
Also takes a while to warm-up, but once I do, feels like nobody can contest me mid-range
I make way more sick plays with high sens but, low sens is easier for crosshair placement and prefiring consistency, I often overshoot my preaim with high sens when I peek.
i use 3 at 400dpi and i find it easy as fuck to control i hate slow sensitivity
Once i tried to 2 sens and 400 dpi. LOL, i couldnt even make a 180 decently, that sens is too low, get the one u are confortable with. I play 1.7 and 1000 dpi, but i used to play with 2 sens in an older mouse and i rekt people all the time on supreme/ge ranks
400 DPI 1.9 used to me 1.75 a lot of difference
i will try to share some important info with you when it comes to sensitivity firstly i think it depends in how you aim
Wrist play ++sense
fingertip grip +sense
arm play --sense
palm grip -sense
if you play for example alot with wrist+fingertip confortable sensitivities will be 400 dpi 2.5+
if you play arm and palm grip confortable sensitivities will be 400 dpi 2-
claw grip 400 dpi 2 to 2.5 sensitivity
this is a bit random values just to pass the idea
now you have another choice to make after you adjust you sensitivity to your aim style, if you should go for high or low sensitivity inside the standart for that sensitivity
and this comes down to practice if you know you are a try hard mofo that will play alot of dm per day and focus on your aim alot, you can go for high and learn it and it will be better than low, if your a casual or even a good player who just doesnt play cs that much anymore go for low since it will be easier to be consistent at without training
everyone on hltv is global
800 dpi and 2,5 sens (today lowered from 3.0)
Only wrist play. AWP god.
2.6 400 dpi deathadder croma
Your personal(anatomic) perfect sens should allow you to make precise 180 degree turns in one fast move, and you should be able to find and hit the enemy in 0.3-0.5 sec after the turn. Both moves should not take more than 0.8-1 sec together.
Too high or too low sens won't let you do it precisely - i.e you get rekt before you find the enemy shooting in your back
Go and try to figure it out! Aim_training_csgo will help, try to make a 180 turn and hit the target, all in 1s. :p
Been there, done that, took me a while to reach my perfect values, which are 0.92@800 dpi/raw input 1.
