Srsly CS isn't it worth anymore to put so much hours in it. If you have so much time and obviously wanna use it to play computer games try SC2 which is probably the best option you have at the moment for competitive play 'and future competitive play'. And don't say "i don't wanna play competitive", where's the sense of putting so much effort into a game then?

This is partly true. But you gotta understand that we also have a passion for cs and not all pc's can run SC2. :)

In a way that is true. But for sure many people play cs just as a hobby and they can even play it a lot when they think it is fun. Even if you want to play competitive or just casually, you may use a lot of time to do it just like any other hobby, but it's important to keep it in perspective and do other things that help your future. Too often it seems that be it sports or computer games or whatever hobby, it starts dictating someones life and in the end school or family relationships are the ones that will suffer.

I write this reply frm my workplace, I only can play when home in the weekend, fri-sat-sun nigth after 22.00, but many hours with friends, good time and I feel iget into the "zone" pretty quick without playing as much as other players who play non stop, i am very used to and confident in my settings I feel i am not behind. also i think this forced intervals of rest/absense make me lot more motivated and fresh/creative when I do play in the weekend nigths. I dont feel im behind at all, but pleasently surprised by the good result of my uncoinventional gameroutine
