wild ineters probably couldn't afford the trip, and umx.us>wild ineters btw. edit: but dissapointing nontheless. would've been fun to see what the best argeninian team could manage against the world elite.

Ultimax Gaming USA (UMX.US) was invited directly by e-Stars Seoul 2011 as both Wild Ineters and Firegamers let the organizers know they could not attend unfortunately. Seeing the passionate fans of Wild Ineters and also Firegamers was great to see and one of the reasons why e-sports is e-sports. I know UMX.US has a lot to prove and we're extremely grateful for the opportunity and it will not go to waste.

any chance there is a source for that... ive noticed the news popping up on a few sites (like SK Gaming), but not on the actual eStars site. I'm sure Nixon has the info in his email .... but the noob is asleep :)
2011-07-15 04:49
Absolutely. While e-Stars is (obviously) a Korean site they do have an English / translated version of their site as well (estarsseoul.org/Default_ENG.aspx).) They did release their PR concerning this (without mention of Wild Ineters or Firegamers) but only on their Korean site for now: estarsseoul.org/News/View.aspx?BrdIdx=25.. (Please use Google Chrome to view it and use the Translate feature if you do not know already - but most likely do :p). Hope this helps sir! And once again to all of those reading I'm very sorry that BOTH Wild Ineters and Firegamers could not attend this year's e-Stars Seoul event. It would have been a pleasure to watch either team representing South America. The most UMX.US can do is make a solemn promise that this invitation to e-Stars will not go to waste and sorry again to all the Wild Ineters and Firegamers fans.
