I had a major fps issue from 300 to 130-170 when the public server I'm usually on is full So no. He probably doesn't have shit fps normally.

Yeah i5 4960K @ 4.4 GHz + GTX 970 OC... Not saying my game is unplayable because it isn't (stays over 200 except on DM servers it drops down to 150-160), but still its quite a drop from 300-700 what I had.

My friend has a Xeon processor and didn't lose fps. I think this is some kind of optimizing bug/fault with i5 and i7 + some amds.

don't you understand english? Just because it's a decent setup doesn't mean it wasn't one that had problems with fps. Although, there were better and worse setups that didn't have problems. Not everyone had fps drops. EXPECTED FROM THIS FLAG AGAIN

I bought a cooler master cooler and forced it to 85% min in bios, I recommend you buy a decent cooler aswell and try it out, also upgraded my motherboard to a 970 msi, my temperature never goes higher than 45 celsius.
